KEY-Feedback 360° is an evaluation method that makes it possible for managers to receive detailed feedback about their leadership profile and to implement a development plan that is aligned with the organization’s desired profile.  The KEY-Feedback 360° method provides reliable and complete information. It is derived from feedback from a group of people (superior, colleagues, reports, clients) and is a reflection of the manager and the various features of his/her leadership style. It indicates how behaviours and manner affect a manager’s entourage and how they should be developed or modified.
