Ultimate Objective

KEY-Career was developed to help managers make the right decisions when faced with changes and opportunities that occur without fail in the course of their careers.  This approach makes it possible for a manager to identify or outline career objectives, as well as the actions to take in order to attain it.

Specific Objectives

  • Provide a realistic portrait of the manager’s strengths and weaknesses
  • Identify the manager’s opportunities in order to optimize his/her leadership
  • Guide the manager towards the next position or challenge

Approach

  • Extensive tests and interview leading to the identification of the variance between the manager’s current leadership profile and the desired position being targeted
  • Personalized feedback with written report
  • Meetings spread out over a period of a few weeks with a coach and an executive recruiting specialist, in order to help the manager prepare an action plan and attain a specific target
