A prevention mutual group is a group of employers who choose to be part of a process that promotes the prevention of industrial accidents and the rehabilitation and return to work of injured employees. The purpose is to benefit from a Commission de la santé et sécurité au travail (CSST) rate that reflects their efforts. The more efficient and bigger the mutual group, the greater the chances of maximizing the financial impact for the group.
To summarize, the purpose of prevention mutuals is to reduce the amount of each employer’s annual CSST contribution. Evidently, this clearly requires implementing efficient prevention, management and representation measures. The following is a list of our services:
