Réjean Côté is a Director with the Raymond Chabot SST Inc. group and a member of the Québec Bar since 1996. A seasoned attorney, he has over ten years' experience representing clients before the Commission des lésions professionnelles (CLP), the CSST as well as other labour relations authorities and has won a considerable number of favourable decisions. His extensive experience has also made it possible for him to negotiate many settlements that were beneficial for his clients in connection with disputes stemming from the application of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (AIAOD) and the Act respecting labour standards (ALS). |
Dominique Gélinas

Dominique Gélinas is a Consultant for the Raymond Chabot SST Inc. group. Based in Trois-Rivières. She acts as a consulting specialist for occupational health and safety matters and manages claims and the prevention component for enterprises. Dominique has a degree in Science and Technology (with a Major in Human Resources Management) from Université Laval. She is currently completing her Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Health and Industrial Hygiene, at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Dominique has over four years' experience as a claims and prevention consultant for enterprises. She is primarily involved in evaluating the prevention compliance of companies and providing them with support in implementing their prevention program. |
Chantal Boutin

Chantal Boutin is a Consultant with the Raymond Chabot SST Inc. group. She has studied law, she has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal along with a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Management from the HÉC. She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec and has an active role with the Comité du Billet of La Presse newspaper. She has six years' experience in the occupational health and safety field including various human resources practices according to client needs. She manages occupational health and safety files with unionized or non-unionized clients who are or are not in prevention mutuals in both the private and public sector. In addition to being responsible for coordinating one of the SST team's mutuals, Chantal has also handled outsourcing assignments, organizational audits as well as SST and HRM training. |
Richard Pires

Richard Pires is a Consultant with the Raymond Chabot SST Inc. group. In addition to having a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and a Certificate in Business Administration, Richard is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et relations industrielles agréés du Québec. Moreover, Richard has seven years' consulting experience in the human resources management and occupational health and safety fields. He is involved in interventions related to managing disability absenteeism files, SST audits and disability insurance, as well as various other HRM assignments (training, prevention/inspection, operational HRM, etc.). |
