Louise Martel is a Partner in the Montréal office. She has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and more than 20 years' experience in various management positions in different sectors. Louise's experience has allowed her to complete several senior and middle management recruiting assignments. Her in-depth human resources knowledge has provided her with a comprehensive overview of organizations.

Yves J. Plouffe is a Senior Manager with the Executive Search team. He has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and has been active for over 25 years in the human resources and management fields, including 12 years as an executive. Yves continued his career in consulting, coaching mandates, in particular, handling executive search assignments in addition to executive. He has contributed to a significant number of facets in the human resources sector. As well, Yves is a member of the Saint-James Club, the HÉC network, in addition to several professional orders, such as the Association des M.B.A. du Québec, the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec.  He is also a member of an International Executive Seargh group (Taplow Group). His areas of expertise include manufacturing, mining, the new economy as well as the key sectors of the Quebec economy. Moreover, Yves has also completed some international assignments.

Élaine Martineau is a Manager with the Executive Search division. In addition to her Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and a specialized Master's degree in Human Productivity Management, Élaine has nearly 15 years' experience, with half of this time involved in recruiting middle and senior managers as well as board members. A human resources generalist, she has completed assignments in both the public and private sectors at every level of an organization. Aside from her drive for recruiting, she is recognized for her highly-developed client service skills and professional diligence.

Danielle Gravel is a Recruiter with the Executive recruitment division of our Québec City office. Danielle has more than 15 years' human resources experience. She has taken part in completing numerous assignments in different fields such as accounting, engineering, sales, marketing as well as in the public and para-public sectors.

Vanezza Laudé is a Recruiter with the Executive Search division of Raymond Chabot Human Resources Inc. She has been active in this field for just over three years. She also has more than ten years’ customer service experience. Vanezza has completed large-scale recruiting assignments in the telecommunications sector for private enterprises. She sees to it that her clients receive the best service in order to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
