We perform a quarterly post-hiring evaluation to measure the new employee’s level of integration and provide any necessary advice. This step helps us to ensure both the satisfaction of the employee and the manager.
It is always unfortunate when an employee has to be dismissed. Should this be the case, we will continue our work, without additional fees, to satisfy you wholeheartedly in the case where the retained individual should be dismissed within the first twelve months.
