1. Why the increase in management coaching?

3. What does coaching cost?

The price varies depending on the type of coaching, the level of the person being coached, the objectives and length of the coaching assignment.  Please contact us for an assessment.

4. What is the normal length of a coaching assignment?

In general, a coaching assignment of a middle and senior manager varies between six months and one year at a rate of about two to three hours every two weeks at the start. 

An agreement regarding the length of the assignment is reached at the onset, however, the approach is flexible and attuned to the needs of the person being coached.

5. How do you go about selecting a coach?
