Two certification programs

In both cases, the emphasis of the programmes is on entrepreneurship, leadership and performance:

• Coach – Executive : former executive, 30 years’ or more experience
• Coach – Management : former manager, 20 years’ or more experience

Length of certification process

• Coach – Executive : One year.
• Coach – Management : Three years.

Minimum number of successfully completed assignments

• Coach – Executive : Minimum of 6 assignments (or 250 hours) completed with at least two different organizations
• Coach – Management : Minimum of 12 assignments (or 500 hours) completed with at least four different organizations

Mandatory training programme

• Programme « Individual coaching and animation of team activities ».  Mandatory for obtaining the Coach – Management certification.
• Programme « Leadership and performance tools and products ». Mandatory for the two profiles.  Emphasis is on hands-on learning.
• Programme « Business Development ».  Mandatory for obtaining the Coach – Management certification.
