In addition to the programs to participants, we offer various services to executives who must plan a downsizing initiative. We cooperate with them to:
- develop and prepare the planning process for a downsizing initiative
- train managers who must announce layoffs
- ensure an on-site presence when layoffs are announced and take immediate charge of the candidates to ensure a smooth transition
- set up training workshops and/or career centres during massive layoffs
- provide change management programs for those individuals who remain on the job
