Our team

Pierre Charbonneau

 

Pierre Charbonneau is the Partner in charge of the Career Management division. He has over 35 years of human resources management experience, including 25 years' in charge of career transition and career management programs. Pierre has successfully led a number of career transitions and provided coaching services to senior and middle managers in a wide range of sectors. Moreover, Pierre was named a Fellow Practitioner of the Outplacement Institute and served as President of the Québec Chapter of the International Association of Career Management Professionals from 1993 to 1997. Pierre has acted as a consultant for a number of major corporations with respect to planning downsizings. He regularly provides guidance and consulting services to executives for coaching and change management implementation.

Jacques Allaire

 

Jacques Allaire is Senior Manager with the firm's Human Resources Consulting group. He has more than 25 years' human resources consulting experience, including 20 years' experience in consulting, primarily in the career management and transition and organizational development. Over the years, Jacques has provided consulting services to several hundred senior and middle managers and has supervised several major downsizing initiatives. Jacques has also had a prominent role in setting up the Québec Chapter of the Outplacement Institute, which named him a Fellow Practitioner.

Lynne Corbeil

 

Lynne Corbeil is an organizational psychologist and Senior Consultant with the Psychology team. She has more than 14 years' experience in human resources and organizational psychology consulting. Lynne has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec. Moreover, she has experience in various industries and is primarily involved in the career transition and potential assessment fields. The quality of her client approach makes her a professional of choice for assessing and providing support to resources.

Jean-François Gingras

  Jean-François Gingras organizational psychologist, is a Manager with Human Resources Consulting in Québec City. In particular, he is involved in assessment, succession planning, coaching and career management. In addition to holding a Master's degree in Psychology, he is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec. Jean-François has more than 20 years' experience in various human resources consulting sectors. His psychology training, judgment and extensive human resources consulting experience make him a consultant of choice for any organization or individual in the midst of a situation that requires managing important human aspects.

Francine Carignan

 

Francine Carignan organizational psychologist and professional coach, is a Senior Manager and in charge of the Laval office. Prior to joining the group, she acted as a consultant for recognized firms. She has been active in the field of occupational psychology for over 20 years, which has made it possible for her to develop significant experience in potential assessment, career transition, professional development, executive coaching as well as in the development and implementation of the process for selecting, managing competencies, performance and succession planning.
