Francine Carignan

Francine Carignan organizational psychologist and professional coach, is a Senior Manager and in charge of the Laval office. Prior to joining the group, she acted as a consultant for recognized firms. She has been active in the field of occupational psychology for over 20 years, which has made it possible for her to develop significant experience in potential assessment, career transition, professional development, executive coaching as well as in the development and implementation of the process for selecting, managing competencies, performance and succession planning.

Jean-François Gingras

Jean-François Gingras, organizational psychologist, is a Manager with Human Resources Consulting in Québec City. In particular, he is involved in assessment, succession planning, coaching and career management. In addition to holding a Master's degree in Psychology, he is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec. Jean-François has more than 20 years' experience in various human resources consulting sectors. His psychology training, judgment and extensive human resources consulting experience make him a consultant of choice for any organization or individual in the midst of a situation that requires managing important human aspects.

Maryse Bégin

Maryse Bégin is an Organizational Psychologist and Consultant with the Quebec City Human Resources Consulting group. Maryse is involved more specifically in potential assessments, coaching and career planning with a clientele from various industries. She has over 18 years’ experience in human resources and in industrial and organizational psychology consulting. Maryse is recognized for being attuned to her clients’ needs and expectations and for her ability to propose solutions tailored to their reality. She is primarily involved in contexts of selection, promotion, succession planning and career guidance. 

Jacques Girard

Jacques Girard is a guidance counselor and consultant with the Psychology division of Raymond Chabot Human Resources Inc. He has been active in the human resources management and organizational development field for more than twenty-five years. During the past ten years, he was active in competency evaluation and organizational psychology consulting. A graduate of the École des Relations Industrielles de l'Université de Montréal in 1978, Jacques initially developed his expertise in major corporations in the public services sector, which made it possible for him to accumulate know-how of organizational and management development. Thanks to his Master's degree in Education, careerology option, Jacques has become a specialist in evaluating individual competencies and career development. He is also a member of the Ordre des consultants en relations humaines et relations industrielles (OCRHRI).

Céline Paradis

Céline Paradis is an organizational psychologist and Manager with the Psychology division. She is involved, in particular, in performing individual or team potential assessments, coaching and career planning for an executive clientele working in a variety of industries. She has more than 15 years' experience in human resources and industrial and organizational psychology consulting. Renowned for the quality of her consulting approach for various business partners, she takes an active part primarily in assignments involving selection, promotion, succession development and career planning.
